Personal, non-commercial use

Nexartapp is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the app or its content for commercial purposes.

Availability during beta

Nexartapp is currently in beta. We provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis and make no guarantee of availability, uptime, or uninterrupted access during this period.

Respecting copyright

The artworks presented in Nexartapp are the property of their respective artists and galleries. You may not infringe upon the copyright of any artwork, including by reproducing, distributing, or using images outside the app without permission from the rights holder.

Misuse and account removal

Nexartapp reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service, violate these terms, or infringe the rights of artists, galleries, or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Belgium.
